Size Range: 1/2” - 24” / DN15 - DN600 Pressure Rating: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500lb Standard: ASME B16.5 / EN1092-1

SKU: ZZ105 Category:

Threaded flange can be used in systems where welding is not possible. They have threads which make them be screwed onto the pipe rather than be welded. The ASME B16.5 flange dimensions vary according to the needs. The threaded flange is also called a ‘screwed flange’ that uses a screw thread to connect the flange onto pipe. A male thread is cut onto a pipe end while a female thread is cut into the bore of the flange.

Do Threaded Flange Have a Schedule?

ASME b16.5 threaded flange could be used to connect two pipes with thread to make a joint. NPT flange are common in plumbing applications. The range of BSP flange is also available in different pressure classes such as ANSI 150 threaded flange dimensions. Their applications include all types of fluid flow systems and hydraulics. There’s a fair deviation of threaded flange price due to the supply and demand factors, including the transportation costs and locations.

How to Inspection of Threaded Flange

Before the threaded flange leaves the factory, our quality inspectors will inspect the product according to the production standards, measure the flange outer diameter, thickness, bolt hole diameter, etc., to ensure that the product meets the production standards.

Advantage

High strength and toughness
Corrosion resistance
Easy installation and cost reduction
Durable
Wide range of applications
In general, threaded flanges are a type of non-welded flanges suitable for high-pressure pipeline connections.  They have the advantages of being easy to install and maintain, and can be used on pipelines where welding is not allowed. However, it is necessary to choose the appropriate flange for use based on the specific application environment of the pipeline.
